What you will be doing: Supervision of a high volume Purchase Ledger team of 5 Verification of authorised invoices Managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring all statements are reconciled monthly New accounts setup & existing account maintenance Query resolution Raising payments Payment allocation Monthly supplier payment runs Preparing month end purchase ledger accruals Provide coverage for other accounts staff during annual leave periods Ad hoc tasks as and when required The successful candidate will have the following : Ability to question current processes & identify and propose efficiency improvements Positive attitude, able to adapt to working at all levels Calm, organised approach, with ability to manage workload within demanding deadlines Candidates with motor trade experience or who have used Kerridge in the past will have a strong advantage About Company CarShop aims to be the employer of choice within the motor retail industry.
