Finance Business Partner, Permanent: £41,000 - £46,000 Benefits We're recruiting a Finance Business Partner to work as the trusted advisor to the Fundraising Team (who last year raised over £100M) for a well-loved animal charity. The Finance Business Partner will produce monthly management accounts, annual budget setting and provide high-quality financial support service to budget holders within the Fundraising Directorate. This role is pivotal in explaining complex financial situations and in reaching out and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Main Duties: Prepare monthly management accounts for designated areas Provide a business partnering function to relevant budget holders including reviewing, supporting and coaching on management accounts Identify potential improvements to the management accounts analysis and presentation Assist with the preparation of the Statutory accounts Prepare and review KPIs and act upon variances Monthly balance sheet codes reconciliations Assisting budget holders in preparing the annual budget Develop and roll out budget documents Document procedures and systems impacting the Finance Department Ad-hoc reporting and duties in support of the Financial Reporting Manager and team as required Person Specification: ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualification Extensive experience within management accounts and financial business partnering In-depth experience of budgeting, forecasting and business partnering Charity experience, SORP and associated reporting structures would be desirable Microsoft Dynamics GP desirable The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of five distinct brands: Pro-Tax, Pro-Legal, Pro-Finance, Pro-HR and Pro-Marketing.
