Internal Audit Senior / Assistant Manager The role will focus on the Travel Experiences, Loyalty and Central functions of Collinson and will be principally based in our City of London location. The reporting line will be into the Group Head of Internal Audit working on our group processes teams. The Internal Audit Senior will assist in the delivery of the risk-based Internal Audit Plan (IAP). This will include leading the end to end audit process from planning through to fieldwork and reporting, producing high quality deliverables and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include: Perform risk-based audit assignments to deliver the Internal Audit Plan Ownership of the end to end audit assignment process including Developing the audit assignment plan to understand and assess key risks, controls and governance processes Determining the audit scope, audit engagement memorandum and audit testing Prepare audit reports Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand key risks, concerns and issues of the business Assist the Group Head of Internal Audit develop the risk based Internal Audit Plan Assist in the production of Audit committee material Assist the Collinson Group in achieving its organisational goals To undertake ad hoc projects / assignments as directed by the Group Head of Internal Audit Ideal skillset: A strong audit background developed in a reputable brand or directly in an Internal Audit function in industry Appropriate and relevant accounting / auditing (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CMIIA) Understanding of data analytics and IT frameworks would be an advantage Ability and experience working as work both as a team player and individually in order to deliver the IAP A self-starter and ability to work with limited day to day supervision Experience of delivering against tight deadlines on a regular basis An excellent communicator and influencer who has built strong relationship with personnel across all levels and to work as a partner with the business Eye for detail and clearly document rationale and support for conclusions Who we are: Collinson is a global loyalty and benefits company.
