Reed Accountancy Leicester are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead their established and highly successful finance team. As Finance manager you will be responsible for collating and providing management accounts for the business, overseeing all aspects of credit control and purchase ledger whilst leading and managing the accounts team. You will also provide a full accounting support function to the wider business. Duties include: Maintaining a documented system of all accounting policies and procedures Daily management of the accounts team Producing monthly management reports including posting journals for final trial balance Production of all monthly and year end financial statements Assist in the preparation and production of annual budgets Monthly and quarterly VAT reporting Maintaining credit risk and planning on outstanding debts Overseeing banking payment runs Ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload Developing team members To be successful within this role you will be MAAT or part qualified CIMA/ACCA (Study support is available) with a strong knowledge of SAP Business One. Exposure within a similar role or operating as an Assistant Finance Manager who is looking to take the next step is essential.
