Investigo are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a large, well known Bedfordshire based organisation who are looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance, on a permanent basis. The Head of Commercial Finance will provide support, guidance and direction on all matters relating to financial performance, investment decisions, business planning and business insight. They will lead and develop a large team of finance business partners, and planning and insight specialists, ensuring they have the skills and competencies to evolve with business needs and deliver outputs to the highest standards. The jobholder will play a key part in building the talent pipeline. The Head of Commercial Finance will implement sound financial strategy, ensuring key initiatives are accurately reflected in budgets/forecasts and that financial commitments are tracked and delivered. As a key advisor to the Directors, they will provide insight into financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve business results. The successful Candidate will be a commercially aware, qualified individual with 5 years experience in a similar role. They will be and exceptional communicator, who can influence effectively at all levels within a diverse business. Proven experience of leading and developing a large team is essential, as is the ability to produce top level analysis, and provide insightful recommendations. Our Client is offering an attractive remuneration package of £80,000 - £85,000 Car (or Allowance) 30% Bonus Benefits.
