Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a market leading local business to recruit for a Finance Manager who will oversee the operational finance team including line management and development of 5 members of staff. Ideally you will be an active ACCA/CIMA studier but QBE stop studiers will also be considered. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Act as payroll lead - overseeing all payroll activity, reconciliations and reporting, and act as the technical expert whenever required. Review and approve all transactional finance activity, including: accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking and ensure 'month-end' deadlines are met and accounts are reconciled in a timely manner. Review operational finance and payroll processes, making recommendations for control and efficiency improvements.
