I am working exclusively with a client in central Brighton who is looking for a hands on Financial Controller for a 12 month contract, starting mid November. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone with roughly 10 years finance experience to work in a new and growing global HQ based in Brighton. All customers are household names, company is in the martech sector. You will be responsible for all finance tasks from bank transactions to producing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting - you will need to be self-motivating, confident and a fast learner. Tasks will include: Reconcile all bank accounts, payment of purchase invoices and staff expenses, prepare internal payroll, prepare management accounts, sign off VAT return, prepare budget meetings with budget holders and discuss actual and forecasted spend.
