Bookkeeper/ Accountant Watford E28,000 - £30,000 per annum Are you looking for a rewarding role? An SME business are looking to bring their accounts in house from an outsourced model. This is a fantastic permanent position (sole charge role), where you will have full autonomy over the accounts department. Working very closely with the directors of the business, this inclusive role involves the following duties: - Raising sales invoices - Opening new accounts and setting up all details on the system - Ad hoc credit control - Running Payroll - Completing the compliance for the business - Processing purchase invoices and CIS submissions - General administration - Answering phone calls - Booking appointments As more and more duties are brought in house, the role will become more progressive. It is highly desirable candidates have XERO experience. To be successful in this role you will have prior accounts experience and be able to work autonomously.
