Post and check all information for the monthly payroll Inputting employee personal data for all new employees joining the organisation Requesting P45s, issuing the HMRC Starter Check List form Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP Printing P60s for issue to employees Reconciling employee and employer pension contributions and payments Preparing P11Ds Producing Payroll report, Pension report, BACS list and payslips Preparing monthly salary journal data for the Financial Controller What we're looking for: Previous Payroll Management experience is essential. A good understanding of Pension schemes is desirable however training courses for industry specific pension regulations will be provided.
