This role is available due to an internal promotion. Working very closely with Management Account and department heads this role will offer great exposure into other areas within finance. Main duties will be, but not limited to: Processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices Bank Reconciliation Supplier statement reconciliation Payment runs Accruals Prepayments Month end reporting Matching batching and coding invoices Employee expenses Credit card reconciliation Reconcile payments received with issued invoices, bank and general ledger Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other discrepancies Assist with year-end financial and other audits Assist with the weekly cash reporting Provide analytical, administrative and project support to the finance team and wider management Qualifications/ Skills required: At least 1 years experience within a similar role Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables Education to a degree level in Accounting and Finance / Economics preferred Studying towards a professional qualification such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA Strong command of the English language, effective communication is integral to the role If you fill this role could be the right fit for you, please apply with an up to date CV.
