Your new role
You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial management information on a timely basis, identifying variances and reporting appropriately to the Finance and Procurement Manager. Responsibilities will include preparation of reconciliations between systems; assisting with preparation of month and year end reports; processing financial data; supporting of accountancy team with management reporting; assisting the payroll manager with compiling monthly data; as well as other ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working within an accounts function with reporting responsibilities. Intermediate Excel skills are required with confident use of pivot tables and v look ups. The ability to communicate complex financial matters effectively to non-financial managers is required. You will be educated to degree level and possibly studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
What you'll get in return
