Client Details
My client is a well established Financial Services business based in Stockport who are looking for a motivated collections Advisors to join their vibrant and supportive team, this role will suit someone from a commercial collections back ground.
Description
The role of the collections advisor will include but not limited to:
- Chasing customers payments by telephone and by email
- Processing customers payments
- Carrying out customer financial statements to determine customer affordability
- Advisor customers of options who face potential legal action and agreeing settlement plans
- Promptly resolving customer account or invoice disputes
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Offering a high level of customer services
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Previous commercial collections experience - Essential
- Strong level of customer service - Essential
- Excellent communication skills - Essential
- Experience of working within a regulated financial services - Essential
- Strong IT skills including excel - Essential
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload - Essential
- Tenacious and positive attitude - Essential
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £20,000 to £23,000 + bonus + parking + pension + career progression
