AJ Chambers are pleased to be exclusively partnered with an established accountancy practice based in Chiswick seeking an ambitious and motivated Practice/Tax Manager to join their team. The role will provide an opportunity to manage a mixed portfolio of personal and corporate clients from various specialisms offering both compliance and advisory to the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of Personal, Corporate and Partnership Tax Returns, sending them to clients and arranging submission to HMRC Client relationship management, delivering seamless liaison between the client and the compliance team Main point of contact for internal clients (e.g. Partners and Directors) as to status of tax returns CT600 Accounts production for sole traders, LLP's and limited companies Workflow management, overseeing the compliance process for key private client tax clients Ensuring that the quality level of compliance services provided to clients is of the highest standard as expected, seeking to build and develop client relationships Assisting with advisory including undertaking research to come up with possible answers to questions Day to day management of compliance team Profile: ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified or the equivalent Knowledge of IRIS, Xero,Quickbooks Ability to develop client relationships Benefits: Competitive base salary 22 days annual leave entitlement a year (plus bank holidays) Parking onsite Pension This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing and progressive accountancy firm.
