Role - Finance Manager Location - Birchwood Salary - £45,000 benefits Frazer John Recruitment Finance Division is exclusively recruiting for a well-respected service led business in their search for a Finance Manager to work out of their Birchwood based offices. The Finance Manager will need be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified. The Finance Manager will need to have the ability to business partner with individuals throughout the organisation and have a background in producing management reporting. Any exposure to working with an international company would be a distinct advantage and you will need to be able to work within a deadline driven environment. Advanced Excel skills would also be highly beneficial. The key duties for the Finance Manager role will include: - Production of management reporting Budgeting and forecasting Variance Analysis Cashflow forecasting Partnering with the regional commercial controllers Review and analyse the balance sheet Look to improve systems and processes Management of a team of two Ad-hoc project work Salary for this role will be anything up to £45,000 benefits package This is a vital role and will be crucial to the continued success of the organisation.
