We want people who enjoy problem solving and who strive to build good, solid working relationships based on Integrity and trust.The vision for the department is to provide the best debt management and customer service in our industry. We always put the Customer First in everything we do so we want someone who strives to go the extra mile for them. Based in our Bolton office, your focus will be on supporting the team to deliver accurate and timely management information and operational reports. We see ourselves as one big team, One AXA, and you'll be building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.The ability to plan and effectively manage your workload is key as you'll be carrying out a range of tasks, from managing internal financial controls and processes to understanding movements and variances across key areas of premium collection. • Excellent English and Mathematics to GCSE grade A-C/9-4
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team
• Experience of working in a fast moving and changing environment
• General insurance knowledge (desirable)
• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements (desirable)
