Client Manager - Multi-office Valleys Accountancy firm - up to £40k
Your new company
You will be joining a successful and growing Accountancy firm with multiple locations across the Valleys and South Wales. Their Head Office in Merthyr is a modern and fast paced environment for you to grow as an Accountant and as a Manager. Due to increased client number,s they require a Client manager to join the team.
Your new role
As a Client Manager, you will be tasked with both portfolio and client management responsibilities. You will be the direct contact for a wide range of clients, from sole traders to limited companies with turnover in the millions. You will also take over management and development responsibilities for some of the Juniors within the office.
There is still some technical work required, but the majority is a mix between client facing and reviewing of other peoples work.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience of managing a portfolio of clients in a practice environment. Due to the current nature of the sector, they are looking for someone who is comfortable with changing technology and able to be a standard bearer within the business.
