Finance Project Manager
The Finance Project Manager will be vital in ensuring that the business is kept up to date with changes to accounting requirements for this role in a financial services business in Ascot. Due to growth via acquisition, this role will focus on the due diligence within the acquisition process.
Our client is an SME based in Reading who has just gone through a period of high sales and is now looking to expand their finance team. They take pride in providing outstanding development and progression prospects in this fast-moving environment, and overall this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to come in as a Finance Project Manager.
You will focus on the due diligence process when the business is expanding via acquisition to ensure the business is more confident in the potential returns of the newly acquired businesses. You will then be the lead in ensuring the accounts are pulled under one group entity.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a group finance manager role and ideally will be experience with due diligence on M&A. You will be qualified (ACA,ACCA) or equivalent.
