Your role with us As Finance Business Partner you'll have significant interaction with the business providing support and guidance for all financial matters. You will use your knowledge, experience and financial expertise to promote best financial practices across the Charity, enable the Charity to forecast its financial performance accurately and then operate within its forecasts abiding with all statutory requirements and deadlines. As a true Business Partner you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders, and gain an in depth knowledge of the drivers and challenges that they face to inform the analysis of the results. As we expand our services beyond our current commercial footprint, you will also provide financial support to strategic initiatives and business cases in support of the Charity's strategy. Your profile You will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified with sufficient post qualification experience and a broad business acumen and sound business judgement. You will excellent all round financial experience and skills including financial systems, MS Office, compliance, project management, controls and financial reporting. You will also have strong analytical and problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also be confident in presenting to and influencing at Director and Senior Management Level.
