My client is looking for an ambitious credit controller with previous experience in the property sector to join their brand new finance team. Your new role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for progression within a credit control role. This job will cover A - Z Credit control including:

• Focusing on commercial client collections.
• Liaising with senior stakeholders, and clients on a regular basis
• Responsibility for various financial reporting and presenting to senior management
• Engaged in the litigation process liaising with solicitors
• Focus on commercial leases and resolving related queries

The role has scope to move into a more all round property finance role if this is something you are interested in pursuing.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a property collections role is essential!
This position requires a proven credit controller who is confident chasing large volumes of debt and has the track record to prove it. This role also requires someone with a sound understanding of commercial Leases and ADT's. You will be working to strict timescales and credit terms as well as handling complex queries. You will need to feel comfortable giving your expert opinion on potential legal action and referring to solicitors where appropriate.
