A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a credit controller to join a well etablished finance team where you will be proactive in chasing outstanding payments, resolving customer disputes and giving an overall satisfying experience to its clients.

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Chasing outstanding payments via telephone
- Maintain and manage own portfolio of accounts
- Reconciliation and allocating daily receipts
- Promptly resolving customer account and invoices disputes
- Building long lasting business relationships both internal and external
- Raising and sending out customer credit notes
Profile
The successful candidate will have :
- Previous credit control experience - Essential
- Ability to build long lasting business relationships - Essential
- Reconciliation and cash positing experience - Essential
- A proactive and tenacious attitude - essential
- A high level of customer service - Essential
- Excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £20,000 - £22,000 + 22 days holiday + car parking + pension
