Audit / Accounts Manager - lots of people management - Swansea

Your new company
Well known and well established multi-site Practice with a heavy presence in Swansea. Flexible and employee focused, with a team set up that is quite different from other firms of their size and stature. They are looking for an Audit / Accounts Manager who can take a heavy amount of people management in to their workload.

Your new role
You will manage a team of 6-8 multi skilled Accountants at various stages in their career. You will also be the lead client liaison for the majority of clients your team deal with. This will be a range from sole traders up to large SMEs and Public Sector bodies, hence the need for an appreciation of Audit.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with a demonstrable experience of being the lead on Audits and people management capabilities, whether used directly in your current role or able to be witnessed during the interview process.
