This large organisation with a fantastic history based in the heart of Staffordshire is looking for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their team on a temporary basis until February 2020.
Your new role
In your role as Purchase Ledger your main roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with clearing of historical items within supplier accounts
- Obtaining copies of relevant documents in relation to supplier statement reconciliations
- Cleansing supplier account data within SAP
- Validation of supplier master file data
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success. You will have excellent experience in transactional finance, and will be comfortable with all relevant processes and legislation. You will have excellent attention to detail, and will complete all tasks to the highest possible quality. You will be focused, and a motivated self starter. You will pick up new systems swiftly, and be confident operating on Excel. Experience on SAP is ideal but not essential
