Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Understanding of the investment products (FD, Mutual fund etc.) 2. Would be responsible for handling query & complaint raised by walk-in customers at FD service branch 3. Ensure timely & correct resolution to customer 4. Processing of fixed deposit & mutual fund application for walk-in customers 5. Processing of renewal, pre- maturity & other requests received from walk-in customers 6. Timely dispatch / handover of FDR (fixed deposit receipt) to customer 7. Adherence to process & policy changes as rolled out by HO / product team 8. Cross selling of FD & mutual fund to walk-in customer 9. Timely dispatch of physical file / applications to back office / central ops team Required Qualifications and Experience 1. Minimum graduation with 2 years of experience is preferable 2. Good in Excel/Word 3. Good communication and inter personal skills
