Role and Responsibilities Provide financial administrative support to the Strategic Finance lead To undertake the management accounting and financial accounting work Production and development of benchmarking data Report writing, debtor analysis, assessment of debt collection Use of Sage Live and Microsoft Excel Raising invoices and preparing journals and supporting in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Reconciliation of balance sheets ensuring any corrective action is taken on a timely basis; Skills Positive can-do attitude work Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent Communication Skills Computer literate with Ability to use data bases and spreadsheets Teamworking skills and the ability to work on your own initiative Benefits Monday to Friday 9-5.30 Temporary position Enrolled in to pension scheme Weekly pay and holiday entitlement Required AAT part qualified or equivalent Previous experience in Administration would be desired The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
