Reed Accountancy is recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Coventry. Working within in small team your main responsibilities are: Bank Reconciliations - using SAGE 50 Sales Ledger Payroll. Collating information for an external provider Ensuring Government Funding is Applied for and Completed. Other duties will include: Weekly Bulletin Letters, Maintenance of Company Data Base and other ad hoc administration duties. The role would suit candidates who have experience with working within a pre-school environment, and have a DBS (although this will be sought through the employer), working knowledge of SAGE 50, ability to work on own initiative, friendly manner and can easily establish positive relationships with carers.
