Head of Financial Reporting Up to £53,765 (starting salary subject to skills and qualifications) plus Car Provision (£3,500 3% of salary) Boston or Peterborough Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high performing and motivated individual to join our client's Operational Finance Team Do you have a passion to make a real difference for the organisation? Well this may be the role for you. They're currently recruiting for a Head of Finance Reporting to be based in Boston or Peterborough, Lincolnshire. The Role Do you want to work for a company where you can make a difference? Our client wants to deliver a high quality financial support service to all of their stakeholders. As a Head of Finance Reporting, you will: Lead the transformation of the budget and forecasting processes on their new MS Dynamics AX platform Deliver timely monthly management accounts and other performance information to a range of stakeholders Manage and motivate the accounts team, providing support and driving efficiencies Lead the year end audit process and liaise with auditors About You Their ideal candidate will possess excellent technical accounting skills and have a track record of getting the best out of their team. As their Head of Finance Reporting, you will: Identify strongly with their core values Have strong experience of managing an efficient year end process Possess excellent data manipulation and reporting skills Have proven ability in business process improvement About the Company Our client is one of the leading housing groups in the Midlands and East of England, providing more than 23,000 homes and high-quality care and support services.
