Temporary Credit Control
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage own ledger and prioritise workload to ensure that deadlines are met and that debts are paid in line with the credit agreement.
-To be responsible for own cash allocation
-Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records including statements and invoices.
-Respond promptly to both internal and external enquiries.
-Use initiative to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill.
-Liaise with the Accounts department when payment issues arise.
-Make adjustments, handle queries and resolve problems within company guidelines and policy.
