Your new role
As the only person in finance on site you will take care of a broad set of duties including; End of day reconciliation - (cash, cheque credit cards and banking), all aspects of management accounts, from posting, authorising and paying invoices, prepayments and accruals, fixed assets and balance sheet reconciliation and producing management accounts. You will also process payroll which will include the production of payroll journal and RTI sent to Inland Revenue as well as any adhoc duties where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have previous experience in a bookkeeping role and ideally within the hospitality industry. You are a competent user of Sage 50 and possess strong Excel skills. You have an excellent eye for detail, while working in an organised and methodical manner and the ability to multi -task.
