Our client is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy Team at their office in Reigate.

Our client is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy Team at their office in Reigate.
Description
Main Duties:
- Producing all sales invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assisting with banking of cash and cheques if required.
- Responsible for weekly credit control collection.
- Monthly report on trade debtors with explanations.
- Input general journals including standard accounting journals.
- Complete cash book postings
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliations of allocated balance sheet control accounts.
- Analysis of income and expenditure as required.
- Preparation of monthly and year end, debtors and prepayments.
- Have an understanding of the VAT treatment for all sales
- Ensure an accurate schedule of service level agreements is held and invoices carried out at the scheduled time.
