A brand new opportunity for a fully qualified and commercial Finance Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor, adding value to management teams and being responsible for driving business performance.
Client Details
A growing and successful business, with an excellent reputation on the market in Yorkshire. Due to recent acquisitions, this is a new role to join the expanding finance team to support the new business structure.
Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Supporting on setting the business plan
- Providing financial insights and analysis
- Providing advice and information to aid the management team in making fully considered decisions
- Ensure forecasts are aligned to the view of the departments and identify both opportunities and risks around their financial objectives
- Work on financial appraisal for significant projects
Profile
As Finance Business Partner you will:
- Hold a fully recognised finance qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Have a proven track record in a similar commercial/business partnering role
- A strong communicator and the ability to support non-finance stakeholders
- A strong attention to detail
- Have a strong commercial mind-set and the ability to think outside of the box
- Proactive approach and the willingness to learn
- Motivated to develop and build a progressive career
