Hays are currently working with a market leader in their field, who are recruiting for a finance analyst to join their finance team in Birmingham.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be reporting directly to the FP&A manager. Your main duties will include analysis of budget and forecast, monthly reporting, business performance analysis and month end duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA). You will also have 2-4 years experience within finance, with the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
