Description
The Role
Working with the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing a highly effective financial business partnering service. Through understanding the drivers of the organisation, you will support and challenge how opportunities can be optimised. You will also generate financial insight and analysis on areas such as profit and cost's, enabling key decision making for the business. This is a central role within the business where you will need to have the communication skills to monitor performance and provide regular feedback and insight to both finance and non-finance individuals.
Profile
The Person
As a qualified Accountant you will have the practical experience of working in varied finance analysis/ management accounting roles, utilising financial applications and the ability to create strong relationships across all levels of the business. With an organised and methodical approach, you will also be able to view challenges as development opportunities and have a commercial understanding of how the business operates.
