Accounts Assistant - Fixed Term Contract (approx. 14 months) Guildford, Surrey £27,000 - £30,000 The company An impressive organisation with an impressive history of success is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to cover a maternity contract and this is likely to be for a period of approximately 14 months. Given this is a contract they would like someone available at short notice to join them. The role This is a hands on role and you will be working with the finance team and supporting the Finance Manager. As a global business you will also interact with other countries. The role: Ensuring payroll provider is given accurate information Sales ledger Purchase ledger Month end Work with the external auditors Process expenses Reconciliations Payment of invoices What you'll need to be successful This role does need someone with experience and ideally you will have studied AAT but this role is about having the right experience. You will need to show skills in the areas listed to perform then role and ideally you need to be available at short notice.
