Global footwear brand urgently requires a Wholesale Accounts Assistant to join them ASAP for the next 1-2 months to work within their Finance department, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities; Preparation of month end journals for Wholesale area of the business. Preparation of remittances. Raising invoices and credit notes. Responsible for completion of the Wholesale aged debtor report and credit control of customer balances. Issuing and logging capes invoices and recharges to franchise partners. Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances. Customer debit notes. The ideal candidates will have worked within a finance function or Wholesale environment. This is a temporary role initially but could turn into a long-term role for the right candidate. Paying £11 per hour, working hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
