This opportunity is not to be missed as it offers the very best in professional and personal development As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for: - Assisting in the management and control of all aspects of vehicle financial affairs Helping to maximise cash flow and return capital Providing relevant, timely advice and support to management Supporting the organisation in meeting business objectives through rigorous and robust control of vehicle assets, ensuring they are managed to maximise value Managing customer and stakeholder expectations by keeping them well-informed and managing communication proactively Understanding the need for honesty, diplomacy and the highest standards of ethics in all financial dealings Acting within the limits of your authority and seek guidance when needed, accountable for achieving your own objectives As the successful Accounts Assistant you will have a good all-round accounts knowledge, including previous experience of purchase ledger and account reconciliations. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be highly systems literate with intermediate MS Excel skills. Experience using Kerridge & Pinnacle Dealer Management Systems would be highly beneficial.
