Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient employment tax advisory services for a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurial, large and listed and financial services. Recognise employment tax opportunities with a view to winning work from both existing and potential clients. Take control of a portfolio and support them with employment tax compliance/ risk work as well as the implementation of tax effective reward structures (e.g. salary sacrifice) If you are currently working as an employment tax senior and looking for a step up or operating as an employment tax assistant manager but seek your first managerial position, then this could be a perfect position. The successful individual is likely to have previous experience in conducting employment tax risk reviews and reporting the findings, CIS, expenses and benefits, P11Ds, PSA, termination payments, employment status and PAYE due diligence work.
