Finance Director - London, up to £90k

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the day to day finance functions including receivables, payables, payroll, VAT, company secretarial Implementing and ensuring quality, relevant financial reporting to the board and the wider business Cash/working capital management and reporting Attendance at board meetings Management of year-end financial statements and tax reporting process Financial planning of the company including Group budget preparation Financial risk assessment and management Performance against budget appraisal and reporting Supporting and working alongside Managing Director on cost and income initiatives Support to engagement with commercial negotiations Implementation of budgetary control procedures Financial appraisal of project opportunities and strategic considerations Management of key relationships relevant to the financial operations of the business Candidate Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Strong industry experience
