Prestigious financial services advisory business based in Mayfair is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its small and friendly team initially on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Client Details
Prestigious financial services advisory business based in Mayfair.
Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will be broad and include:
- Processing all purchase invoices
- Payments runs
- Expenses
- Sales invoicing
- Assisting with the payroll
- VAT returns
- Bank Reconciliations
Other ad hoc duties outside of the finance area can include:
- Assisting with marketing presentation packs
- Assisting with research on new clients and investments
- Travel and diary organisation for key personnel
Profile
You will have good knowledge of general accounting such as transnational finance (accounts payable, bank reconciliations) and be happy to work in a company with a flat structure where you can assist in other areas outside of finance such as assisting the Deal team with research on investments etc.
Really positive and enthusiastic personality.
Likely to be studying towards and AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualification
