A newly created role for an experienced H&S Auditor has arisen in Glasgow. The position offers great flexibility enabling you to balance your life between home, office and client sites with the ability to manage your own diary. Your will work independently, focussing within the rail sector reporting to the Project Director of this large professional services organisation. As H&S Auditor you will undertake audits of suppliers and contractors to ensure H&S standards and industry requirements are met. Key skills include: Nebosh General Certificate; Lead Auditor 9001 experience (preferably with IRCA accreditation); a H&S background within the rail industry; an understanding of H&S regulations and good report writing skills. To be successful in this role you should be prepared to travel regionally as part of your working week, be able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively and make objective evaluations.
