Bookkeeper
Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000
Location:
Wimbledon Permanent We are looking to speak with experienced Bookkeepers to work for a fast-growing, modern accountancy practice client of ours based in Wimbledon. As an experienced Bookkeeper you will be fully versed with all thing's payroll, pensions and reconciliations, our client also deals with a wide variety of tax matters so if you are ATT qualified, part qualified or come from a tax background this would be highly desirable. Our client is entirely cloud based in terms of the services it provides, using cloud tax software for tax returns and computations, as well as a range of other tools, these include TaxCal for all thing's tax, and Brightpay as their payroll software, if you are not familiar with these however training can be provided. As a tech-focused practice, they have frequent R&D tax credit applications to make, as well as the CT600s for each company, of varying degrees of complexity. There are standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm. Typical Duties:
• Preparation of payroll, pensions and any other bookkeeping duties
• Dealing with any HMRC correspondence and enquiries
• Preparing Corporation & Personal Tax returns
• Preparation of year end accounts
• Liaising with clients, management accounting, accounts production and company secretarial staff as required Skills Required:
• 3 Years Bookkeepeing experience
• AAT / ATT / CIMA qualified or part qualified (desirable)
• Experienced with Xero, Brightpay, Taxcalc (desirable)
• A good team-player, who is ambitious and keen to grow within their role Perks and Benefits:
