Working with the Pension Client Manager, Pension Consultants and Clients, you will capture the Client's pension business requirements and translate this into a logical specification for the pensions technical specialist to carry out. The Role You will analyse and scope all pension systems work and manage pension system projects against objectives and budget. Experience & Skills Understand corporate pensions business requirements including that for DC, DB and hybrid arrangements Lead more junior staff to take ownership and understand the implications of their role Own all pension systems support and understand impact of any project on the client Responsible for overall delivery and interdependent impact of these Able to manage own time and juggle a number of conflicting priorities so all 'clients' are informed and understand position of their projects. External facing and represent Client Systems at internal and external client meetings. Able to analyse and scope a large part of all pension systems work and provide sufficient information for delegation of actual tasks Scope and manage system projects against objectives and budgets. Able to report externally on these as required Able to pick up new business lines and adapt to formulate requirements for these Able to analyse data and communicate requirements with external parties on transfer of data to meet business needs.
