Role: Bookkeeper
Salary:
up to £35,000 per annum
Location:
Ilford Are you an experienced Bookkeeper? Do you have a strong understanding of Xero and Sage? Are advanced on Microsoft Excel with excellent IT skills? If this sounds like you, then please read on Our client, a well-established accountancy practice, is looking for an organised and meticulous individual to join their team. Main Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper: Oversee clients bookkeeping records Liaise directly with clients, either via email or phone, to solve queries Complete clients VAT returns Ensure database and client records are up to date Analyse bookkeeping data Assist accountants with reconciliations and report Conduct management reports Helping out with other ad-hoc duties as requested Successful Candidate for the Bookkeeper role: 5 years' experience working in a similar role Proficient in the use of Xero, Receipt Bank and Sage Strong IT skills including MS Excel (Advanced) Knowledge of complex reconciliations and European VAT Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and attention to detail Can commute easily to Ilford TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
