An IFA practice based in Leatherhead has an opportunity for a Pensions Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in the effective administration of the firms SSAS and SIPP schemes. Main duties: To carry out all administration duties in relation to the portfolio of SSAS SIPPs in an accurate and timely manner To Ensure that all relevant company procedures are complied with To ensure that all relevant legal and regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines are met. To ensure all requests received from Client Relationship Mangers (CRM) and/or Directors are carried out in a complete, accurate and timely manner and that the CRM and / or Directors are kept informed of progress and status where necessary Keep up to date with legislative and HMRC practises affecting personal and occupational pension schemes. Develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications. Any other activities as directed by the Pensions Manager Requirements Knowledge of financial services and/or pension industry essential Knowledge of SSAS administration desirable Ability and desire to provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal clients Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook knowledge essential Able to work in a team essential Ability to manage own work load essential Eagerness to learn essential Ability to self-motivate and flexibility are essential If you would like to apply for this vacancy, please contact Karen Halliday
