Engage with divisional charities and trusts in order to produce a detailed summary of recent financial history and current compliance. Assess current practices against best practice including Charity Governance code and SORP requirements. Initiate a programme of improvement to ensure a streamlined process and rationalise workflow. The successful candidate will be an experienced Accountant, part qualified or above, with significant experience in a charitable environment. Ideally coming from a technical controls or audit background, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
