We are offering the opportunity to join an established company close to Borough Market as a credit Controller. The UK operation is part of a worldwide group, which has global operations in the USA, Spain, Ireland and France where they are headquartered. Over their 25-year history, this brand has prided itself on providing accurate reliable solutions in the realm of translation, interpretation and transcription. You will need to demonstrate that you are highly organised, pro-active in your approach and able to prioritise your workload. You must also be comfortable dealing with a wide range of personalities and possess a meaningful measure of experience in carrying out your duties with accuracy and speed. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all funds due from customers are collected according to the terms agreed, in the process maintaining collections continue to fall in line with headline targets. You will also need to drive the active resolution of customer invoice queries in order to facilitate payment. Some of the key tasks as a Credit Controller will include: Chasing outstanding balances by all means including but not limited to phone, e-mail, statements and chase letters To liaise with other departments, including working closely with the Sales team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times Resolve customer queries regarding payments and invoice queries as quickly and efficiently as possible To raise any necessary invoice or credit notes on Customer accounts Transfer and allocate payments within Quickbooks and 4D when necessary To meet monthly over 90 days` debtors balance targets set.
