Your new role
Your new role will cover all aspects of credit control. Due to the size and nature of the business you will be interacting with UK businesses. You will be responsible for a large ledger with a high number of live accounts. You will be building professional relationships with clients and colleagues as well as resolving complex queries surrounding payment of invoices. Cash allocations and bank reconciliations will also be part of your role.
What you'll need to succeed
2 years previous experience within a property or real estate company is essential.
An ambitious mindset and a hunger to succeed will be key for this role. The company rewards individuals who can think outside the box, develop processes and generate new ideas whilst working to KPI's. Multicurrency and Industry specific systems experience will be a huge bonus. Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills will also be of great benefit to you in this role.
