Head of Financial Processing & Systems

New opportunity to join a dynamic, acquisitive Norwich based organisation in this newly created role.


Hays Senior Finance are pleased to be working with this forward thinking, ambitious organisation based in Norwich.
A unique opportunity, reporting to the Director of Finance, this is a newly created post and a key role within the finance leadership team.
Key objectives of the role:

• Overall accountability for the effective, efficient and customer-focused delivery of a centralised transactional processing function 25 FTE 3 direct reports
• Lead on ensuring the Group Finance team has the systems required to deliver on its operational and strategic goals
• Oversee Group Finance team projects and take responsibility for consistently ensuring timely and successful completion

The successful applicant must have experience of operating at a senior level within a large finance team. You will also have experience of leading on large process and system changes and leading and supporting teams of finance professionals across multiple locations. You will also hold a full accountancy qualification.
