Accounts Assistant Berkshire 2-3-month contract £150 - £180 per day I am currently on the lookout for an accounts assistant to join a client of mine based in Berkshire. This is an initial 2-3 month contract. You will be ensuring that all relevant aspects of financial control are correctly adhered to and reporting on financial reconciliations is carried out in a timely manner. This position is responsible for posts into the nominal ledger, purchase ledger and general upkeep of accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts received/payables on a monthly basis - Purchase ledger - Sales ledger - Credit card statement - Weekly CASH and bank reconciliations - Ensure all manual fees/rebates - Rail month end reconciliations - Rail refunds - Supplier reconciliation - Aiding the finance team manager where required in assisting with month end processes. Experience required: - ACCA / CIMA / AAT part qualified or relevant accounting degree - Experience in a similar finance role - Intermediate/Advance Excel skills - Able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines - Sage/SAP experience (desirable) Please apply below to be considered.
