This is an integral role within the business and presents an ideal opportunity for someone to join and manage an existing and expanding credit control/collections team. You will be Managing a team of collections/credit control assistants Issuing and monitoring targets and KPI's Keeping control of aged debt and escalating to legal Stepping in to deal with difficult B2B customers Assisting and mentoring trainees and new staff members The right person MUST have a credit control/collections background within a management position Will be resilient and able to deal with a range of personalities Should have the ability to deal with business customers at all levels Have the ability to keep calm under pressure and deal with multiple accounts at any one time Will be PC literate In return you can expect a salary of up to £25,000 working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday days plus a range of benefits
