Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for handling payment data from origin to process, analysis, checking reconciliation and accuracy. Typical daily tasks will include: Manipulation and validation of incoming data Payroll validation and exception management Identification of payment or data errors Schedule and task management Handling queries from customers by telephone and email about their payroll Providing updates and information on: P45's, P60'setc. You will have contact with customers on a day-to-day basis therefore excellent written and verbal communication is required. Within this role, you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in providing an accurate and timely service to Managed Service customers. The exposure gained in this position will allow fantastic development opportunities to progress within the department and wider business. Key Skills Exceptional attention to detail Analytically minded with a passion for working with data Can navigate confidently through all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, at a basic/intermediate level. Outstanding level of accuracy Highly organised Strong communicator both written and verbal Enjoys being in a fast-paced environment Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets, sometimes under pressure Flexible and adaptable to change Our Rewards Competitive salaries.
